When submitting support tickets related to Security Audit or Conformance Scan reports it is recommended that you share the original OpenAPI file as well as the reports with the support team.

To download the Security Audit report:

1. Go to the Security Audit Report tab for the API
2. In the filters section on the left, click the All Issues button
3. Click the Export button at the top right
4. Save the JSON file and attach it to the support ticket

To download the Conformance Scan report:

1. Go to the Conformance Scan Report tab for the API
2. Click the Export button at the top right
3. Save the JSON file and attach it to the support ticket
