We are trying to scan one of the APIs in 42Crunch platform, but getting below error message:

Scan cannot reach the API endpoint

Solution/Answer

If you are using the SaaS API Conformance Scan, you will get this error if it is not be able to reach the endpoint (e.g. not publicly available URL), as the scan originates from our servers.

If you need to whitelist our Scan Engine IP addresses, please contact 42Crunch Support.

If you run the on-prem scan, it should work, since it will be able to reach the internal URL.
